Thailand, the Southeast Asian country known for its tropical beaches, opulent royal palaces and ornate temples, is also home to Norman Global Logistics’ latest regional customer service centre

The second-largest economy in Southeast Asia, Thailand is an industrialised country and the world’s 11th largest net exporter, which has increasingly been attracting NGL customers sourcing a wide range of products, including electronics, garments, foodstuffs, and furniture.

The new NGL customer service centre is strategically located in the heart of Bangkok’s business district, equidistant and a few minutes drive from Lat Krabang inland port terminal, Thailand’s main airport Suvarnabhumi and Bangkok’s Don Mueang airport.

Providing excellent connectivity for the customer service teams, the Bangkok office is close to the Thai Customs office and around the coast from Laem Chabang, the country’s largest port and primary exit point for regular FCL and LCL services to Europe, North America and Oceania.

Stefan Holmqvist, managing director NGL Asia said. “The new customer service centre in Thailand follows our Vietnam expansion, growth in air and sea services and increasing customer sourcing activity across Southeast Asia.”

“We currently have a three-person team in the Bangkok service centre, with over 30 years of combined experience, to provide our customers with the same levels of local support that they have been receiving in China and Vietnam for over a decade and we look forward to further regional expansion.”

Established in Asia since 2010 Norman Global Logistics’ freight and customer service centres extend across Hong Kong, China, Vietnam and now Thailand, providing local support and end-to-end air and sea freight services, to move our customers products seamlessly, from manufacturing point to global destination.
